Ali Landry Monteverde

Ali Landry, an American beauty pageant contestant, actress and model who was crowned Miss USA in 1996, is an American actor. Ali was named by her mother for Ali MacGraw, an actress who appeared in the 1970 film 'Love Story..' She was born in Cecilia and was a student at Cecilia High School. When she was 17, she was co-captain of her school's cheerleading team, and later was given the title 'Miss Louisiana Teen USA. After that, she took home the 1996 Miss Louisiana USA' title and was in the spotlight after securing the title 'Miss America. In 1997 she made her acting debut as an actress in the show "Clueless". In 1998, she achieved recognition for her role as "Doritos Girl" when she appeared in the Super Bowl commercial for 'Doritos. She made her debut as an actress on film in the film Beautiful.
